Your name matches university records | Packages are matched to the name in Mailcenter records. Nicknames can delay delivery. |
Your box number is included, with # | Without a box number, the Mailcenter can't route the package to you. |
No building, residence hall, or room number | Packages addressed to a room will be delayed or returned to sender. |
Your saved shopping addresses are correct | Update the address in each retailer account so every order uses the right format. |
After it ships
The carrier's "delivered" notice doesn't mean your package is ready. Wait for the email from mailcent@northcentral.edu. See Understanding Package Notifications.
