Your mailbox key and the locker number from your email

Packages that don't fit in a locker go to office pickup at the Mailcenter. Your notification email tells you which one applies.

Pick up your package

1

Wait for the Mailcenter email

It comes from mailcent@northcentral.edu and includes your locker number. A "delivered" notice from the carrier does not mean your package is ready.

2

Go to the Miller Hall Mailcenter

The lockers are available any time Miller Hall is open.

3

Open your locker with your mailbox key

The same key opens your mailbox and the package lockers.

4

Take your package and lock the locker

Close the door, lock it, and remove your key.

Pickup deadline

You have 2 business days to pick up your package from the locker.

Email Thursday, 2 p.m.

Pick up by Monday, 2 p.m.

Email Friday, 2 p.m.

If you miss the locker deadline, your package moves to office pickup and you'll get a new email.
