What to do

Situation
What to do
Tracking says delivered, but you have no Mailcenter email
Packages are generally processed within hours, longer during peak periods. If it has been more than a business day, email mailcent@northcentral.edu with your full name, the tracking number, and the carrier.
Tracking shows a different delivery location
Contact the carrier or sender to file a claim, and copy mailcent@northcentral.edu.
Tracking never shows it as delivered
Contact the sender. The carrier still has it or it was lost in transit, and only the sender can file a claim.
You got a Mailcenter email, but the package isn't there
Contact the Mailcenter right away with your notification email.
