Body

Learn how to find, lock, or erase a lost phone that has your NCU email, Teams, or other university apps on it.

iPhone or iPad

Go to icloud.com/find and sign in with your Apple ID. Select the device, then choose Mark As Lost to lock it, or Erase This Device.

Android

Go to google.com/android/find and sign in with your Google account. Select the device, then choose Secure device to lock it, or Factory reset device.

Erasing can't be undone

Try locking the phone first if you think you might get it back. Erase it if it's stolen or you don't expect to find it.

These only work if Find My (Apple) or Find My Device (Google) was turned on before the phone was lost.
