Overview
For some requests, contacts can be added to tickets when people other than the ticket's requester or the responsible IT staff need access to a ticket.
Contacts can see all public ticket information available to the person who submitted the ticket. Contacts are also listed in the Notify selection box for ticket comments.
How do I see tickets when I am a contact?
- Log into the IT service site
- Click View All Tickets under My Submitted Tickets.
- Check the box next to Include requests that I am listed as a contact on.
- Click Search.
