Removing Profiles from iOS Devices
If you have followed the Troubleshooting Phone/Tablet Wi-Fi Issues article and the iOS device still won't connect to NCU-Secure, you may need to remove the old profile, and help them reconnect with a new profile. Follow the steps below to learn how to do this:
- Go to Settings.
- Select General.
- Scroll down and select Profile.
- Select the profile that is listed (Example: NCU-Secure 802.1x), and choose Remove Profile.
- Have them connect to NCU-Secure through wireless.northcentral.edu again to download a new profile.
