Follow the steps below to learn how to search your My Favorites within Services and the Knowledge Base.
Searching My Favorites
- Sign In to IT Service Site.
- To see the services or articles that you’ve added to favorites, click Services or Knowledge Base and then navigate to the My Favorites submenu.
- If you have any favorite Services or Knowledge Base articles, they will be listed.
