Overview
Information Technology uses a service management system for submitting IT Requests. This platform gives students, faculty, and staff visibility into the status, progress, and resolution of their requests. Follow the steps below to submit a service request through tags.
Submit a Service Request through Tags
- Sign in at the top right corner of it.northcentral.edu.
- Navigate to either Services or Knowledge Base.
- Scroll to the bottom and find Popular Tags. You can select View All Tags to see more if you don’t see a tag that best represents your search.
