Overview
If you are looking for your ticket but can't seem to find it, use the Ticket Request filter. Follow the steps below to learn how.
Finding Your Ticket
- If your ticket does not display on your Home page, click Select all under the Status Class column.

- On this screen, you can search for your ticket. For example, if you have a lot of open tickets, use the Created field to narrow down your search. To see if a ticket has been marked as Completed or cancelled, change the Status Class field to include those statuses.

- Click Search.

- If you are still unable to find your ticket or think there is an error, call the IT Service Desk at 612.343.4170.
