Overview
The IT Service Site allows users to easily share Services and Knowledge Base articles with anyone. If you would like to email the article to someone else, sign into the IT Service Site and click the green Share button on the right side of an article.
When you click on the Share button, you will be prompted to enter the recipients' email. A pre-populated message will appear with the link and the title of the article. You may add additional information if you wish. Then click Send.
