New Account Setup Request

Use this service to request accounts or to request the reactivation of an account for a returning employee . These account types include:

  • Faculty - Full-time
  • Faculty - Adjunct
  • Staff - Full-time (30+ hr)
  • Staff - Part-time
  • Student Worker
  • Graduate Assistant
  • Staff Partner
  • Vendor Employee
  • Other

This account is not used for permission changes to existing accounts.

Eligibility

A request must be submitted by those at the director level and above or the appropriate admin/executive assistant. Request by others will not be honored or processed.
