Learn how to add a shared mailbox you have access to in the Outlook app on your phone.

Open settings
In the Outlook app, select your profile picture, then Settings.

Add the mailbox
Select Add account (or Add mail account), then Add a shared mailbox.

Choose it
Enter the shared mailbox address and select Add. It appears with your other accounts.
