Body

Learn how to chat with yourself in Teams. It's an easy place to keep notes, links, drafts, and files.

1

Find your own chat

In Chat, your own name usually appears at the top of the list. If not, start a new chat and type your own name.

2

Use it like a notepad

Send yourself notes, links, or files. Only you can see this chat.

3

Select More options (…) next to the chat, then Pin, so it stays at the top.

Good for drafting a message before you send it, or moving a file from your phone to your computer.
