Get a headset

If you need	Do this
A headset for everyday work	Request one through Request Technology for University Employees. It's assigned to you as your NCU equipment.
One for a short time	Borrow one through Technology Loans for University Employees, or stop by the IT Service Desk in Miller Hall 226.

Set it up in Teams

1	Plug it in Connect the headset by USB, or pair it by Bluetooth.
2	Choose it in Teams In Teams, select Settings and more (…) > Settings > Devices. Pick your headset for Speaker and Microphone.
3	Test it Select Make a test call to check your sound.

• Already in a meeting? Select More (…) > Settings > Device settings to switch.
