Which Email Apps Can I Use with My NCU Account?

You can read NCU email in a few different apps. Here's what works best, and what the IT Service Desk can help with.

Outlook mobile app for iPhone and Android	✓ Yes
iPhone Mail, Gmail app, Thunderbird, and other apps	✗ Not supported. They may work, but IT can't help if they don't.

Having trouble in another app? Switch to the Outlook app or Outlook on the web. They work best with NCU sign-in and Microsoft Authenticator.
