Microsoft Office 365 E-mail & Calendar

North Central University uses Microsoft 365 for all university email and calendaring. Every student, faculty, and staff member has an NCU mailbox in Outlook with a built-in calendar. Employees are required to use their NCU mailbox for official University correspondence.

Check your email at outlook.northcentral.edu

Go to outlook.northcentral.edu and sign in with your full NCU email address and password. This link takes you straight to your mailbox.

You will be prompted to approve a Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) request when you sign in. Your calendar is built into the same mailbox — switch to it using the calendar icon in the left navigation bar.

Setting Up the Outlook App on Your Mobile Device

Your NCU email address

Sign in with your full email address, not just your username

  • Students: first.last@mail.northcentral.edu
  • Faculty and staff: your assigned @northcentral.edu address
  • Student employees: you have two separate mailboxes — your student mailbox and your employee mailbox. Both are in Outlook, and you can switch between them in the same app.

Your email password is the same password you use for other NCU systems. If it is not working, use the NCU Account service rather than this one.
