Troubleshooting: PC Wi-Fi Issues for Students and Employees
Follow these steps in order to troubleshoot PC Wi-Fi issues for students and employees:
- Make sure the student/employee is trying to connect to the correct network (NCU-Secure).
- Make sure the student/employee is not locked out of their account (Active Directory Users and Computers).
- Remove/Forget the network. Have the user try to login again.
- Still can't login? Make sure they know their password by having them try to login to Skyline. Reset password if needed. Have them try to login to Wi-Fi again.
- Restart the computer/device
- Plug into ethernet and try to login again.
- Find Aaron for help.
