Phillips 116 Classroom Technology

Everything in Phillips 116 runs from the touch panel on the podium. The room has a built-in camera on the back wall and a microphone in the ceiling, so you don't need a Swivl or iPad.

Start the system

1

Wake the panel

If everything is off, the touch panel shows this screen.

2

Pick your source

Select what you want to show: Room PC for the podium computer, Laptop for your own laptop over HDMI, or Mersive to share wirelessly from your device. The projector turns on.

Troubleshooting

No sound? Make sure Program Volume on the touch panel isn't muted and is turned up. On the computer, make sure the sound output is set to ExtronScalerD and the volume is all the way up.

Mic not picking up? Make sure Ceiling Mic isn't muted on the touch panel, and check that the light on the ceiling tile is green. In an online meeting, select Shure P300 Echo Canceling Speakerphone as the microphone in the meeting settings.
