Sending outside NCU?
Use Encrypt or Do Not Forward. The two Confidential options can only be opened by NCU accounts. People outside NCU get a link and sign in or use a one-time code. Point them to How To: Open an Encrypted Email from NCU.
Not sure if something should be encrypted? See Handling Sensitive University Data. For files, see How To: Password-Protect a File (and When to Share a Link Instead).
