Guide
1 - In the Student Success Hub app, go to the students advising case.
2 - Click the
drop down
menu.
3 - Click
Cases
.
4 - Click on the
case
that you need to which you need to access a success team member.
5 - Click on the
Team
tab.
6 - Click
Add Member
.
7 - Begin typing the
name
of the user or contact to add.
8 - Select the
user or contact
.
9 - Choose the member's
Case Team Role
.
10 - Click
Save
.
