Mogli provides real-time, immediate alerts directly within the Salesforce Lightning Experience to notify you of incoming messages. These alerts manifest as a blinking icon and an optional chime.

Accessing Notification Preferences
Click the Mogli Notifications tab at the bottom of the screen, then click Settings. Choose your notification settings, then click Update.

Customizing Your Notifications
Within the Settings window, you can customize exactly how and when you receive these real-time alerts:

Use the dropdown menu to select the specific Salesforce record types or objects (e.g., Contacts, Leads, or Cases) for which you want to receive alerts. |
| Gateways |
Select the specific Gateways (the phone numbers your team uses) you wish to monitor for incoming messages. |
| Play Notification Sound |
Check this box to enable the audible chime when a new message arrives. Uncheck it to receive the visual alert only. |
