Summary

Learn how to find any ticket in TDX Work Management by ticket number, keyword, or requestor.

Body

Learn how to find a ticket by its number, a keyword, or the person it's for.

In this article

Each office's ticket application is set up separately, so menu names can be a little different from what you see here.

By ticket number

Type the number in Search or enter an ID at the top of the page and press Enter. This works from anywhere in Work Management.

By keyword or person

1

Open a ticket search

In your ticket application, select a search in the left menu, such as Assigned To Me or Service Requests, then select Filter.

2

Clear what you don't need

Open Responsibility and remove your name, so you're searching all tickets, not just yours.

3

Enter what you know

Use Text Search for words in the ticket, or Requestor for the person it's for.

4

Include closed tickets if needed

Closed tickets are hidden by default. Change Current Status to include them.

5

Apply

Select Apply.

You can only find tickets in applications you have access to.
