Licenses

Purchase a TDX user license for someone in your department. Pricing is confirmed when you request, and your budget manager approves the purchase.

Services & forms

New or changed services, request forms, and workflows.

Knowledge Base

A new article, or changes to an existing one.

Errors or slowness

Something in TDX isn't working or is running slowly.

Missing information

Something you expected to find on this site isn't here.

Eligibility

Faculty, staff, and students can request this service.

How to request

Click TeamDynamix Request on the right.

Choose the type of request that fits best.

In Description, name the service, form, article, or report involved (a link is best), what you need changed, and any deadline.

Click Submit.

Not for this service

  • Help with something other than TDX: search for that service, or call the IT Service Desk at 612.343.4170.
  • An update on a ticket you already submitted: comment on that ticket instead.
  • Access or permissions: request them through NCU Account - Manage or Change Your Account.

Requests unrelated to TDX are closed without action.
