Search tips
- Use a few key words, not a full sentence. Try Wi-Fi Xbox instead of “how do I get my Xbox online.”
- Use the name of the thing you're working with, like Outlook, Canvas, or MFA.
- No luck? Try a different word, like password instead of login.
- Search by tag by starting with #, like #mac-address.

Select Knowledge Base at the top of the portal to browse by category, such as Outlook, Microsoft Teams, or Network.
