Technology Assistance

The IT Service Desk is the first stop for all technology-related issues at the university.  The IT Service Desk can be reached via walk-in (MILL226), phone (x4170), and Service Catalog on the IT service site (this site). 

The easiest and most efficient way to peruse our Service Catalog and Knowledge Base is to use the search feature at the top of the page.

For example, if you search wireless, any Service or Knowledge Base article related to wireless will now display.  

You can also use our Virtual Assistant RamBot on the IT website it.northcentral.edu

Other Departments

Many university departments utilize this site (TeamDynamix or TDX) for services and knowledge base articles. To see their request forms, check out the Department Services section of the catalog.

Favorites

You can save a service that you frequently use to your Favorites in order to easily refer back to that service.  To do so, simply click the green Add to Favorites button located to the right of the service.

Once you've added a service to Favorites, simply click the My Favorite link at the top of the Services page to be taken to your favorite services.
