Work on it together

1

Keep one copy in the cloud

Save the file in OneDrive or in a Teams channel. Don't email copies back and forth.

2

Share it

Select Share and add the people you're working with. In a Teams channel, everyone on the team already has it.

3

Edit at the same time

Open it in the browser or the desktop app. You'll see colored flags showing where others are working. Changes save automatically.

Talk about changes

  • Select text and add a Comment. Type @ and a name to notify someone.
  • In Word, turn on Track Changes (Review tab) when you want others to approve your edits.
