Add a message to the organizer if you want to, then send your response.
- Accept and Tentative keep the meeting on your calendar.
- Decline takes it off your calendar.

Open the meeting invitation.
2

The organizer decides whether to change the meeting. You can’t propose a new time for a recurring meeting, and organizers can turn proposals off.
Good to know
- Respond even if you can’t go. It helps the organizer plan.
- If you can only make part of a meeting, choose Tentative and say so in your message.
