What to do
Situation | What to do |
Tracking says delivered, but you have no Mailcenter email | Packages are generally processed within hours, longer during peak periods. If it has been more than a business day, email mailcent@northcentral.edu with your full name, the tracking number, and the carrier. |
Tracking shows a different delivery location | |
Tracking never shows it as delivered | Contact the sender. The carrier still has it or it was lost in transit, and only the sender can file a claim. |
You got a Mailcenter email, but the package isn't there | Contact the Mailcenter right away with your notification email. |
