Pick an app
Your apps and recent files are on the home page. Select Apps to see everything available to you.

From inside any Microsoft 365 app
Select the app launcher (the grid of nine dots) in the top-left corner of Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, or any Microsoft 365 web app. It lists your apps so you can switch without signing in again.
Use an app often? In the app launcher, right-click it (or select …) and choose Pin to launcher to keep it at the top.
