Learn how to fix your camera or microphone in a Teams meeting, including a camera that says it's “in use” and meetings where you can't hear or be heard.
Check these first
- ☐ Is the camera cover or privacy shutter open?
- ☐ Is your headset or mic muted with a button on the device itself?
- ☐ Is another app using the camera, like Zoom, a browser tab, or the Camera app? Close it.
