Issues / Solutions
Potential Issue - Recent password reset
- If you have recently change your password, you might lose access to your network drives. Restart your computer and log back in with your new credentials.
Potential Issue - Network-related
- If you have lost access to specific network drives, reboot your computer and log back in with your NCU credentials.
- Try to access other network drives on your computer. If you cannot access any network drives, you may not be connected to the network.
- Ask someone else in your area to try to access the drive. If others cannot access the drive, you may not be connected to the network
Potential Issue - Position Change
- If your position changed and you are working for another department, you will need to contact your old department. The dean or director from your old department will have to submit a request to have your access restored.
Potential Issue - New Hire
- If you are a new hire or have just changed positions, your access levels may not be completely set up. Confirm with your department that your access has been requested.
