In Teams
Open Calls, then Voicemail. Select a message to play it or read the transcript.

On your phone
In the Teams app, open Calls, then Voicemail.

In Outlook
Each voicemail also arrives in your inbox as an email with the recording and a transcript.

Calling back or deleting
- To return a call, select the message, then Call back.
- Deleting the email in Outlook doesn't delete the voicemail in Teams, and the reverse.
There's no voicemail number to dial or password to enter. Voicemail is only in Teams and Outlook.
