Can I Share My Google Calendar with People Who Don't Have Google Calendar?

Overview

The only way to let people who don't have Google Calendar view your calendar is to make it public. Therefore, make sure you give it some thought before you choose to make your calendar public.  If you do choose to make your calendar public, consider changing the visibility of your events beforehand or create another calendar with just the events that you want to share.

How public calendars work

When you make a calendar public, other people can:

  • See your public calendar on a website. If this website is searchable, people can find your calendar in search results.
  • Sync your calendar with other applications.
  • Subscribe to your public calendar and see it in Google Calendar.

When you make a calendar public, you can choose to let other people see all the event details or just when you are free or busy.
