Listening to Voicemail Messages on Your Computer or Mobile Device

Overview

Voicemail-to-email allows a copy of your voice mail messages to be delivered directly to your North Central email address. You can listen to and delete your messages via your email interface and you can forward the file containing your voice mail message to other e-mail addresses.

Listening to a voicemail message through your email

  1. Open your email client or access your email online.
  2. Double click an email message. The Subject line will read "Voice Message from ..."

  1. Double click the audio file that is attached to the message.
  2. The default audio player will open and the audio file will begin playing. Once you have listened to your voicemail message, you save it or delete it just like any other email message.
  3. When you are finished, close the media player and the email application.
