Print a Blank Calendar in Outlook - Windows

Overview

Use this function when you want to print a calendar without any of your meetings or appointments. Use the print options to customize the date range and print styles.

Printing a blank calendar

  1. In Calendar, click Home.

  1. In the Manage Calendars group, click Open Calendar.

  1. Click Create a New Blank Calendar.

  1. In the Create New Folder dialog box, in the Name box, type a name for the folder.
  2. In the Select Where to Place the Folder list, click Calendar, and then click OK.
  3. In Calendar, in the Navigation Pane under the My Calendars section, select the check box for the calendar that you created.

  1. Click File, and then click Print.

  1. Click Print Options, and then under Print this calendar, click the calendar you entered in step 4.

  1. To specify a date range, under Print Range, enter the Start and End dates.​​​​​​​
  2. Click Print.
