Your NCU account is the key to all university services. Ensure you have worked with your supervisor to confirm your account is active and permissions are granted.

Colleague University ERP; accounting, budget, and student information.
gatherNCU University room reservations and event requests (AdAstra).
Skyline The university news portal and internal resource hub.
TeamDynamix (TDX) IT Service Desk ticketing and project management.

Your NCU Computer

Hardware Standards

  • FT/PT Staff: Assigned one standard device.
  • Faculty: Choice between Windows or Mac laptop.
  • Deployment: Initiated by your Department Head via the Standard Technologies guide.

Teams & File Management

Required Usage

Teams is the official platform for collaboration. Departments are required to store files within Teams rather than locally. All virtual meetings must use Teams.

Email & Office 365

Microsoft Office is pre-installed on every NCU-owned device. You can also access these tools via the web at portal.office.com.

Employee Benefit

Active employees are eligible to install Office on up to five personal devices.
