Overview
Information Technology uses a service management system for submitting IT Requests. This platform gives students, faculty, and staff visibility into the status, progress, and resolution of their requests. Follow the steps below to submit a service request.
Submit a Service Request by Searching
- Sign in at the top right corner of it.northcentral.edu.
- Navigate to the Search bar in the top right corner.
- You can also filter your results by searching from the Knowledge Base, Service Catalog, or Questions by clicking the globe icon to the left of the search bar. You can choose All if you are looking for broad search results.
