The client-facing side of TDX, which is called the IT Service Site, is where university students, staff, and faculty can find information or request help from IT. To access the IT Service Site, go to it.northcentral.edu. Sign in using your NCU login credentials. Signing in will allow you to view all of your submitted tickets, favorited services, and the knowledge base within the IT Service Site.
