Learn what to try when Microsoft Teams won't open, keeps loading, or won't let you sign in.
Try these in order

Quit and reopen Teams
Fully close Teams (right-click the icon and select Quit), then open it again.

Sign out and back in
Select your profile picture, then Sign out, and sign in with your NCU account.

|
Restart your computer
This also installs any pending Teams updates.

Reset Teams on Windows
Go to Settings, then Apps, then Installed apps. Find Microsoft Teams, select Advanced options, then Reset.

Use Teams in a browser
Go to teams.microsoft.com to keep working while the app is fixed.
