During business hours, IT service desk staff can assist you in restoring access to your account.

Employees

On-campus Employees

Employees must come to the IT Service Desk for account access issues.  Due to the nature of staff access, IT staff must verify the identity of the account holder.  We realize this can be inconvenient, but it is an important step that helps the university protect confidential information.

Off-campus Employees

Off-campus employees must work with IT staff and their direct supervisor or, if applicable, department administrative assistant to regain access to their account. Again, we realize that this can be inconvenient, but it is an important step that helps the university protect confidential information.
