Learn how to record your voicemail greeting in Microsoft Teams, including a separate greeting for when you're out of the office.
Record your greeting

Open Settings
In Teams, select Settings and more (…), then Settings.

Go to Calls
Select Calls, then Configure voicemail.

Record a greeting
Select Record a greeting and follow the prompts. Teams calls you to record it.

Out of the office
In the same voicemail settings, you can record an out-of-office greeting and choose when it plays. Teams can also use your Outlook automatic reply.
No greeting recorded? Callers hear a standard greeting with your name or number.
