Files & Storage (OneDrive, Teams Files, SharePoint)

Use this service for problems with files at North Central University, wherever they're stored: your OneDrive, the Files tab in a team, or a SharePoint site.

What this service covers

• Can't open or edit a file, or lost access to a folder
• Sharing links that don't work, or sharing with someone outside NCU
• OneDrive sync errors or missing files on your computer
• Storage space
• Moving department files into your department's team
• Network drive (N:) access, for the few departments that still use one

Before you submit

• Many fixes are quick to try yourself. See OneDrive Sync Problems and Slow Uploads and Where Should I Save My Work Files?.
• Network drive access changes must be approved by a director or above.

Students, faculty, and staff.

How to request

Select Request Service. Include where the file is (OneDrive, which team, or which site), the file or folder name, and any error message.
