Use this form to request BAMA the Ram for an upcoming event. BAMA appearances are subject to performer availability, event conditions, and approval by the BAMA Mascot Program. Submitting a request does not guarantee an appearance.
BAMA appearances are active mascot performances and may include greeting attendees, photos, crowd interaction, school spirit, games and activities, or participation in special moments during an event.
For longer appearances, BAMA performs in shorter sets with appropriate breaks rather than remaining in costume continuously.
Appearance Length & Costs
BAMA appearances can be scheduled for up to one hour and do not need to use the full hour. If your event only needs BAMA for a single 20–30 minute appearance, simply request the time you need.
For a full one-hour appearance, BAMA will typically perform in two approximately 20-minute sets with a 20-minute break between sets (20 minutes performing / 20 minutes break / 20 minutes performing). Actual performance and break times may be adjusted by the BAMA team based on the event, environment, and performer needs.
Recognized Student Organizations
Each recognized NCU student organization receives one complimentary BAMA appearance of up to one hour during the 2026–27 academic year.
Additional appearances are $50 per appearance, up to one hour.
NCU Departments & Programs
BAMA appearances at large institutional events serving a broad university audience are generally provided at no charge. This may include major Admissions events, Orientation, Homecoming, Commencement, and other university-wide events.
Smaller departmental events, events intended for a specific or limited audience, and other special appearances are generally $50 per appearance, up to one hour.
If you are unsure whether your event qualifies for a complimentary appearance, submit your request and the BAMA team will review it with you.
External & Off-Campus Events
External and off-campus appearances are considered on a case-by-case basis. Additional fees and appearance rates apply depending on the event.
The Mascot Coordinator will contact you to discuss the event, appearance expectations, costs, and whether the requested appearance is feasible.
