IT provides kiosks, phones, and laptops to qualifying university events. Event requests are limited to official university events, and technology for events is only requested by university employees.
All event request must be made at least 10 business days advance. Last minute request will not be honored.
Loan Terms
- Unless an exception is granted, loans cannot exceed 28 hours. Exceptions cannot exceed one week.
- Equipment and technology is available on a first come, first served basis. Supplies are generally very limited.
- Use of equipment must be limited to North Central University academic and administrative functions.
- If the event ends after business hours, the requesting office is responsible for securing loaned equipment and technology.
What to expect
- IT staff will deliver equipment and technology to the event location.
- IT staff will set up equipment.
- If the event is during business hours, IT will be available to provide technical assistance, but will not be stationed at the event location.
- IT staff will retrieve equipment when the event is over.
