University-owned devices
The IT Service Desk provides hardware support for all North Central-owned computer equipment and devices.
Personally-owned devices
The IT Service Desk provides limited support for personally-owned devices. This support is limited to issues related to connecting to and accessing the university networks. If you are having hardware issues with personally-owned equipment, please contact warranty support or a repair shop in your local area.

Faculty, staff, and students can request this service.
