Instructional Design now has two methods for requesting support to better service and track requests.

• ID Tickets: Course Access, Minor Changes, Canvas Support

• New Course Build & Course Change Request Form: Course Copy/Import Request, New Course Builds, Course Rebuilds & Major Changes
  • Major Course Changes Request (Permanent Blueprint Changes)
    • NOTE: This requires the submission of the Course Change Request Form prior to completing the form
  • New Course Build Request
  • Course Import Requests
