Service Description
We handle your packages from the moment they arrive on campus until you pick them up. When a carrier delivers a package addressed to you, we receive it, scan it into our system, and send you an email notification. Based on the package size, we'll route it either to a self-service locker that you can access 24/7, or to our office for pickup during business hours.
If you can't pick up your package yourself, you can designate someone else as a proxy to collect it for you.
Who Can Use This Service
Any student, faculty, or staff member with a valid university email address can receive packages through this service.
How to Request
For regular package pickup: No request needed - it's automatic when packages arrive addressed to you.
To designate a proxy: Submit a Package Proxy Designation request through the Request Service button with your information, your proxy's information, and the package ID from your notification email.
