Need to send official university business mail? We'll apply postage using our meter and ensure your mail gets into the USPS system. Choose from First Class for standard correspondence, Priority Mail for faster delivery with tracking, or Certified Mail when you need proof of delivery.

Important Information
This service is for official university business only. We cannot meter personal mail due to USPS regulations, even if you plan to reimburse the university. For personal mail, use the USPS dropoff slots with your own stamps.
Required: Valid university account number for billing. All postage costs will be charged to your department.
How to Request
Submit an Outgoing USPS Mail Request with:
- Department name and account number
- Complete recipient address
- Mail class needed (First Class, Priority, or Certified)
- Number of pieces
- Any special handling requirements
Timeline
Mail submitted before 2pm will go out in the same day's 4pm USPS pickup. Mail submitted after 2pm goes out next business day.
