Important Information
Free forwarding includes: First Class Mail and USPS packages only. Non-USPS packages (UPS, FedEx, DHL) require you to provide prepaid shipping labels.
Not all mail forwards: Presorted standard mail and nonprofit mail typically don't forward per USPS rules. Update your address directly with important senders.
Timing is important: Submit your request at least one week before leaving campus to ensure processing time.
How to Request
Submit a Summer Forwarding Request with:
- Your name and student ID
- Summer mailing address (complete and accurate)
- Expected return date to campus
