Before you join
On the join screen, select Effects and avatars (or Background filters) and choose one.

During a meeting
Select More (…), then Effects and avatars, then Video effects.

On your phone
Select More (…), then Background effects.
|
Choose Blur, a built-in image, or Add new to upload your own.
